Shipping

The ordered products are sent with the GLS - BRT - MBE couriers with which we have an agreement. The service is express and always traceable.

Charges vary based on the destination of the goods, weight and volume.

Payment

Accepted payment methods:

• Credit Card or Debit Card

• Cash on delivery (Italy only, + commission €7.40) [Orders up to €300 excl. VAT]

Order management

After confirmation of the purchase, an e-mail will be sent with the order number, the buyer's and destination data, a summary of the products purchased, the shipping cost and any additional costs linked to the chosen payment.

You can request information or clarifications via e-mail on shipping costs even before confirming the purchase by indicating the product code, the desired quantity, and the shipping address (the name of the city and the tracking code is sufficient). Postal).

The invoice or receipt relating to the order will be sent together with the purchased product(s).

The delivery of the goods will take place at the indicated address, with signature for acceptance. It is therefore essential that those who order the goods guarantee the following:

• The presence of a natural person at the time of receipt of the goods
• The correctness of the name indicated on the intercom or on the mailbox
• Any other information necessary for the courier to make the delivery

• Address with exact house number
• Postal code and location
• Province
• Phone number available for the courier
